On 12 June 2021 “Memorie”, Alberto Nemo’s fifty-fifth album, will be released, with Gabriele Braga on piano. The album is produced by CNI Compagnia Nuove Indye.
The album features nine tracks, previously recorded and written by Alberto Nemo, now transcribed for piano. Although they come to us from a recent past, they immediately becomes a time of memory, a place of remembrance in which clear images are joined by fleeting sensations of moments that have quickly lost the concreteness of matter. Music is the art that manifests the spirit more than any other, it makes the immaterial perceptible to the senses. It is a characteristic of true spiritual artists to realize this transubstantiation, to ensure that the spiritual world enters into matter becoming essential to the spirit. Every Alberto’s artistic action has this characteristic, to make everything he uses a tool of spiritual and mental evolution. Whoever listens to this music will immediately be drawn into this rite of art which, just like in ancient times, still has a strong cathartic power. Alberto Nemo’s ‘Memories’ are suggestive and evocative musical pieces, but above all they are places to rediscover that lost connection between matter and spirit.
